AliTek’s General Security Awareness Course is designed to provide each student with a general overview of the federal laws, standards, and regulations governing security in the petrochemical industry. The overview covers:
- Maritime Transportation Security Act
- Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards
- Railroad Transportation Security Regulations
- Hazardous Materials Transportation Law
- Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
This course also provides the minimum security awareness training required by 33 C.F.R. §§ 104.225, 105.215, and 106.220. It also meets the minimum risk based security training awareness requirements of 6 C.F.R. § 27.230(a)(11)
